So when I say this time of the year is busy, I don’t think I stress the word busy enough. And with trees turning colors like in the photos below you can only see why this time of the year is prime real estate in the portrait photography world. Heading on to my next weekend filled with portrait sessions, Jamie my long time friend/hair extraordinaire (She’s pretty fantastic and is the owner of the salon Directors Cut in Jefferson city, MO. Check it out!) met me in Columbia for a family portrait session. Her little ones Hayden and Taylor must have had a bowl of sugar before they arrived because they were definitely keeping me on my toes. All in all we had a blast shooting during a small clearing in the rain and pulled together some very entertaining family portraits! Here are a few of my favorites below:
